- Removal of any item in the hotel that would normally be reused if it cannot be easily sanitized. This includes, pens and pads of paper, accent pillows and bed scarves in bedrooms, information pamphlets throughout the hotel, etc. These items will be available upon request.
- Posting proper hand washing procedures in all staff and public restrooms
- Making hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel.
- Streamlining procedures to minimize contact between guests and associates, including modified check-in and check-out, and eliminating stayover housekeeping services. Items such as towels and additional toiletries will be available upon request.
- Leaving guestrooms empty for at least 24 hours after being occupied before they are cleaned. They are then cleaned and sanitized finally with a disinfectant using an Electrostatic Sprayer.
