Birthday Party Packages



The Deluxe Pool Party
This package is designed for 20 to 25 people and includes everything you need, from beginning to end:
- All food and beverages are supplied by the Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre (see menus below).
- Package includes a decorated private party room with a hotel birthday party host, plus birthday cake.
- Charges applied for any outside food that is consumed in the party room.
- A bedroom, which acts as your own private change room for the group, must be rented; this room is available from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at a special Party Rate of $115.00 + taxes.
- Room rental includes invitations for party plus 20 wristbands for admission to the pool and waterslide facilities; 5 additional wristbands may be purchased for $5.00 each at time of check in for a maximum of 25 guests.
- A cleaning charge may be levied at the hotel’s discretion at the time of check out.
- Food selections made day of party; adults may order on their own from the restaurant.
- Ice cream maybe added to the cake for a nominal fee.
- Loot Bags are available for a nominal fee for children ages 1 to 6 and 7 to 12. Ask your Birthday Specialist for pricing. Loot Bags must be ordered 1 week in advance of event.
Food Menus:
A) Kids under 10 (includes birthday cake and bottomless soft drinks) $15.00/child, choose from:
- Mini pepperoni & cheese pizza
- Kid’s hamburger & fries
- Kid’s chicken fingers & fries
- Grilled cheese sandwich & fires
B) Kids 10 and over (includes birthday cake and bottomless soft drinks) $17.00/child, choose from:
- Mini pepperoni & cheese pizza served with Caesar salad
- Classic hamburger & fries
- Chicken fingers & fries
The DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Party
This package is designed for 15 people or less and allows you to bring in your own food and beverages. Package includes:
- A bedroom, which acts as your own private change room for the group, must be rented; this room is available from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am at a special Party Rate of $130.00 + taxes. A maximum of 5 guests are permitted to stay over. Cots are available for renting at $10.00/ night. One cot permitted per room.
- Room rental includes invitations for party plus 5 wristbands for admission to the pool and waterslide facilities; 10 additional wristbands may be purchased for $5.00 each at time of check in for a maximum of 15 guests.
- All food and beverage brought into the hotel must be consumed in the rented bedroom. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Atrium Oasis.
- A cleaning charge may be levied at the hotel’s discretion at the time of check out.
